Ghaf Woods by Majid Al Futtaim

Ghaf Woods by Majid Al Futtaim is a new luxury project in Dubai at Dubailand. This community will not just be a place to live, but a location with a perfect ecosystem surrounded by Ghaf tree forest.

The community will be pedestrian-only, encouraging residents for a healthy lifestyle. There will be designated parking spaces within the community. The main focus of Ghaf Woods is eco-friendliness: the air will be 20% cleaner on the project territory than in any other community, there will be more than 20 species of birds, etc. The developer will preserve the natural ecosystem and use efficient technologies for water treatment, water supply and drainage. Moreover, the special landscape keeps the temperature in the community area 5 degrees lower than the average temperature in the emirate.
